This is an article outlining the rules for the sale of residential and commercial units by developers based on the Act of May 20, 2021, on the Protection of the Rights of the Purchaser of a Residential Unit/House and the Developer's Guarantee Fund (Developer Act). The article specifies the types of contracts/agreements related to residential and commercial units constructed as part of real estate development projects. It explains in detail the principles for applying specific contracts depending on the stage of the developer project.
