Artykuł przedstawia sytuację młodych ludzi na rynku pracy prezentując temat od strony teoretycznej, która w dalszej części poparta jest badaniami – analizą przypadków. Jest wiele powodów dlaczego młodzi ludzie bardziej narażeni są na bezrobocie niż inne grupy wiekowe. Spowodowane jest to głównie brakiem pewności do czego dąży się w życiu, ale także brakiem doświadczenia i niedopasowania umiejętności do rynku pracy. Często jest to spowodowane nieefektywnym przejściem od edukacji do zatrudnienia, które spowodowane jest brakiem powiązania między dziedzinami studiowanymi, a realiami rynku pracy.

The article presents the situation of young people on the labour market through presentation of the topic from the theoretical side, which is further supported by research - case study. There are many reasons why young people are more exposed to unemployment than other age groups. This is mainly due to the lack of certainty about what they would like to accomplish in life, but also due to the lack of experience and skill mismatch on the labour market. This is often caused by inefficient transition from education to employment, which is caused by the lack of connection between the studied areas and the realities of the labour market.
