W związku z wejściem do Unii Europejskiej, Polska uzyskała możliwość korzystania z funduszy o charakterze pomocowym i pozyskania środków unijnych wspierających rozwój zróżnicowanych regionów w kraju, m.in. dotyczących rynku pracy. Celem artykułu jest podjęcie próby określenia wpływu funduszy unijnych wspierających rynek pracy na poziom rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego Polski na przykładzie województwa zachodniopomorskiego. Skoncentrowano uwagę na ważnym problemie w nawiązaniu do funduszy unijnych: rynku pracy. Dlatego postawiono hipotezę: wykorzystanie funduszy unijnych w programach dotyczących rynku pracy (kapitału ludzkiego) wpłynęło pozytywnie na rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy województwa zachodniopomorskiego.
In connection with the entry into the European Union, Poland gained the ability to use the funds for a bailout and acquiring EU funds to support the development of different regions in the country, including labor market. The purpose of this article is to attempt to determine the impact of EU funds to support the labour market at the level of socio-economic development in the Poland on the example of the West Pomerania Province. Focused attention on an important issue in relation to EU funds: the labour market. Therefore we hypothesized: the use of EU funds in programs related to the labour market (human capital) had a positive effect on the socio-economic development in the Western Pomerania.
