This article is devoted to investigating migration processes throughout the Russian Federation from the angle of social development and cultural interaction. The model of relations between immigrants and the native population presented may be described as isolating. The risk for the society, borne along with ineffective integration mechanisms, is also considered. The problem of national identity among the inhabitants of The Russian Federation (both the immigrants and the host society) is being touched upon especially when it comes to active migration processes, The author turns special attention to forming a new migration policy for the state, especially in the aspect of integration.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению миграционных процессов на террито- рии Российской Федерации в аспекте развития социума и культуроного вза- имодействия. Репрезентирована модель развития отношений иммигрантов и коренного населения, которую можно назвать изоляционной. Рассмотрен риск для общества, который несет за собой неэффективные механизмы ин- теграции. Затронута проблема национальной идентичности жителей Рос- сийской Федерации (принимающего социума и иммигрантов) в период ак- тивных миграционных процессов. Отдельное внимание автор уделяет фор- мированию новой миграционной политики государства, особенно в аспекте интеграции.
