The aim of this study is to pay attention, from the point of view of labor law science, to the importance of the normative sphere of the Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Poland for subsequent doctrinal considerations. Scientifically fascinating monographic study by M. Piechowiak, entitled Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 1997. Axiological foundations of law should become almost obligatory reading for all those who "seriously" deal with scientific problems in the sphere of human labor regulations in Poland.
