W artykule prezentowana jest dyskusja dotycząca roli technologii informacyjnej i komunikacyjnej w kształtowaniu postaw obywatelskich. Istotnym czynnikiem tego procesu jest nastawienie i umiejętności nauczycieli. Dyskusję teoretyczną uzupełniają wyniki badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego na grupie osób aspirujących do pracy w zawodzie nauczyciela.

The article presents a discussion on the role of information and communication technology in the development of citizenship. An important factor in this process is the attitude and skills of teachers. Theoretical discussion is supplemented by the result of a survey conducted on a group of people who make efforts to work in the teaching profession.
