The article describes the miniproject organised among the students from Warsaw University and Collegium Civitas. It has started at one of the first Polish lessons when students were introduced to Varsovian themes by the show of the film Moja Warszawa directed by Maria Zmarz-Koczanowicz. After the series of presentation, lexical exercises and discussions the teachers anounced competition. The main purpose of it was to help students get familiar with Warsaw - the city which now belongs also to them. They were requested to create their own Warsaw in photos, text or film. The results you can see in this article.
