Francisco Nieva, cuyo teatro se inicia en plena época franquista, manifiesta en sus obras posturas contestatarias y de oposición a diferentes prohibiciones que surgen de acuerdo con un orden político, social o religioso. La transgresión de tabúes de varias índoles que atentan contra la decencia, el pudor o la delicadeza es un motivo constante de sus dramas. En nuestro artículo intentamos estudiar cómo surge, cómo se expresa o se manifiesta el carácter transgresivo de sus obras. El corpus de nuestro trabajo está centrado en los textos teatrales que pertenecen a las obras clasificadas por el autor mismo como su “Teatro furioso” y que revelan estas temáticas y exposiciones a través de diferentes elementos de la estructura dramática tales como: personaje, situación o lenguaje dramático.

Francisco Nieva, który zadebiutował jako dramaturg w epoce frankistowskiej, w swoich utworach manifestuje postawę opozycyjną i kontestującą wobec rozmaitych zakazów wynikających z porządku politycznego, społecznego czy religijnego. Łamanie różnego rodzaju tabu związanych z przyzwoitością, poczuciem wstydu czy wrażliwością estetyczną jest stałym motywem jego dramatów. W niniejszym artykule starano się zbadać, w jaki sposób przejawia się i w jakich formach wyraża transgresywny charakter utworów Nievy. Analizie poddane zostały utwory należące, zgodnie z klasyfikacją samego autora, do grupy „Teatro furioso”. Analizowano formy naruszania tabu w sferze religijnej, erotycznej, tradycji narodowej, przyzwoitości i dobrego smaku wodniesieniu do elementów struktury dramatycznej utworów.

Francisco Nieva, a dramatist who makes his debut during Francoism, defies and contests in his works a variety of bans of political, social, and religious character. The transgression of various taboos of decency, modesty, and sensitivity is a recurring motif in his plays. This article examines the ways in which the transgressive character of Nieva’s works is expressed, and the forms of its manifestations. The analysis is focused on the texts the playwright himself classifies as“Teatro furioso.” This study focuses on different elements of the dramatic structure of the plays, such as: personae, spatial and temporal relations (setting,) action, situation, and the language of the dramas.
