На сучасному розвитку українського суспільства важливою постала ретроспективна комунікація минулого та сьогодення через доступ до архівних документів, що відповідає тематичному профілю міжкультурної комунікації. Мета статті полягає у розкритті інноваційних механізмів розширення доступу до архівної інформації для задоволення потреб користувачів архіву у документних комунікаціях. Методи: методи аналізу і синтезу інформації застосовано для з’ясування специфіки розвитку архівної справи; метод порівняння реалізовано у дослідженні соціокомунікаційних послуг архіву; методи логічного узагальнення і класифікації вжито для опрацювання зібраної інформації, яку оформлено у вигляді самостійних аргументованих висновків; ретроспективний метод дозволяє встановити закономірності розвитку архівної інформації і з’ясувати потреби сучасного споживача. Результати. У статті проведено дослідження рівня задоволення потреб споживачів у архівній інформації. Встановлено необхідність підтримки матеріальними засобами та методичним забезпеченням діяльності українського архіву в нових умовах інформатизації. Виявлено, що для подальшого розвитку архівного менеджменту і маркетингу в Україні виникає необхідність впровадження в роботу галузі інноваційних механізмів інформаційної комунікації. Важливим кроком до покращення якості архівних послуг, що надаються архівами є впровадження автоматизованих та мережевих інформаційних систем у роботу архівної установи. Це дозволить значно спростити процес систематизації, пошуку необхідної інформації та процес її обробки. Запропоновано менеджменту архівних установ України активніше здійснювати міжнародні контакти з метою залучення кращого світового досвіду в операційній та виставковій діяльності. З’ясовано, що такі заходи відкриють перед українським архівом перспективи розвитку соціальної комунікації в суспільстві, оскільки залучення до архівної інформації більшої кількості людей відкриває велику кількість ретроспективних комунікаційних можливостей. Визначено, що взаємодоповненість функцій накопичення, збереження, обліку, поширення архівної інформації передбачають формування стійкого документного комплексу в архівних структурах. Висновки. Для ефективного розвитку архівної справи в Україні виникає необхідність впровадження в роботу галузі та реалізація інноваційних механізмів інформаційної комунікації.

In the contemporary development of Ukrainian society, the retrospective communication of the past and the present was of great importance through access to archival documents, this corresponds to the thematic profile of intercultural communication. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to disclose innovative mechanisms for expanding access to archival information aimed to meet the needs of archive users of document communications. Methods. The methods of information analysis and synthesis have been used to clarify the specifics of the development of archival affairs; the comparative method has been implemented in the study of socio-communication services of the archive; methods of logical generalization and classification have been used to process the collected information; the retrospective method has allowed establishing the patterns of archival information development and to find out the needs of modern consumers. Results. The article investigates the level of satisfaction of consumers' needs in archival information. The insufficiency of material resources and methodical methods of activity of the Ukrainian archive have been established. For the further successful development of archival marketing in Ukraine, there is a need to introduce new mechanisms into the work of the sector. An important step towards improving the quality of archival services is the introduction of automated information systems into work. This makes it possible to simplify the process of systematization and search of the necessary information, simplifies the process of its processing. Archival institutions of Ukraine need to carry out international cooperation and exhibition activities. This type of activity opens up new prospects for the development of communication links for the archive, attracts more users to the archives of retrospective information, opens up a large number of new social opportunities to people, retrospective communication with the past. The functions of the archives on the accumulation, preservation, accounting, distribution of archival information envisage the formation of a stable document system in archival structures. Conclusions: For the effective development of archives in Ukraine, it is necessary to introduce innovative mechanisms of informational communication into the work of the sector.
