PL

W artykule poszukiwano uwarunkowań intra- i interpersonalnych związanych z pozostawaniem poza społeczeństwem. Do rozważań teoretycznych wykorzystano model analizy umiejętności społecznych zaproponowany przez M. Benetta oraz model badania oczekiwań temporalnych J. Trempały. Celami prezentowanych badań były: weryfikacja założeń dotyczących istnienia różnic w kompetencjach oraz posiadanych umiejętnościach między grupa kontrolną (poddaną treningowi – osoby zmarginalizowane) a osobami z tzw. „większości społecznej” oraz ewaluacja skuteczności podjętych w projekcie działań aktywizujących integrację społeczną. Grupa badanych to 521osób. Wykorzystano narzędzia: Kwestionariusz Doświadczeń Życiowych, Kwestionariusz Poczucia Wpływu na Wydarzenia, Narzędzie do badania oczekiwanych zmian oraz Skalę Samooceny. Rezultaty wskazały wzrost poczucia wpływu na własne życie w różnych aspektach, poprawę umiejętności komunikacyjnych, urealnienie własnej samooceny i rozpoznanie kompetencji oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych.

The paper attempts to identify intra- and interpersonal determinants associated with being “left in” a group and “outside of” society. The model proposed by M. Benett as well as the model of temporal expectations based on J. Trempała are used for theoretical analyses. The objectives of this study are: verification of theoretical assumptions of differences in competences and skills held between study group (marginalized) and those of the so-called “most social” including evaluation of effectiveness of measures taken in the design of activation of social integration. Studied group consists of 521 participants. Tools used: Questionnaire life experiences, Questionnaire sense of influence on events, tool to study the expected changes and SES (Rosenberg). Based on the obtained results an increase in the sense of the impact on their lives in various aspects, improvement of communication skills, self-esteem realignment, recognition of competences and improvement of professional qualifications can be observed.
