The article analyses the foundations of Franz Rosenzweig philosophy of dia- logue and presents how we can consider Joseph Tischner philosophy of man as an application of this philosophy. The key to these analyses is Tischner category of work – especially in relation to reveal the anthropological and social significance of such categories as work on hope, and work on speech and thinking. In this way, the article explains the principles of new thinking and dialogic thinking. It is par- ticularly important a new meaning of the truth concept as the base of others con- cepts and categories. In the new (dialogic) thinking the truth is always the truth for someone, it becomes a personal truth for which we are willing to sacrifice our life.
