Article is intended to show the possibilities of cooperation a group companies through IT systems and the use of "cloud" in the implementation of large investment co-financed by the European Union. This method is already used in today's economic life, however, is almost unusual in the context of EU funding. Developed project management model based on the IT tools, creates solutions for better flow of information, quick decisions making and to minimizing, the risks associated with large investments. It supports process management.
