Artykuł podejmuję próbę operacjonalizacji konstruktu, jakim jest luz organizacyjny. Rozważania osadzone są w nurcie Resource Based View i obejmują zdefiniowanie konstruktu, wskazanie interakcji z efektywnością organizacji oraz wybrane podejścia badawcze pozwalające na jego operacjonalizację. Całość opracowania kończy podsumowanie ukierunkowujące obszary przyszłych badań oraz stopień wykorzystania konstruktu w wymiarze pragmatycznym.

The paper is making an attempt on the road to organizational slack operationalization. It is grounded in RBV (Resource Based View) of the firm. In this vein it define construct, presents interaction between organizational slack and effectiveness than it propose some construct operationalization. Finally, some research limitations are discussed specially from pragmatic point of view.
