Zmiany zachodzące na rynku pracy powodują, że firmom coraz trudniej jest pozyskać pracowników o odpowiednich kwalifikacjach i kompetencjach. Aby dotrzeć do właściwych kandydatów, wykorzystują one nowoczesne rozwiązania IT, takie jak systemy ATS (applicant tracking system), czyli rozwiązania wspierające procesy rekrutacyjne. Umożliwiają one między innymi publikację ofert pracy w Internecie – na firmowych stronach www, portalach pracy i biznesowych serwisach społecznościowych – oraz przyjmowanie zgłoszeń kandydatów za pośrednictwem tych kanałów. W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano ewolucję wykorzystania możliwości Internetu, a w szczególności mediów społeczenościowych, w rekrutacji oraz przedstawiono projekt kompleksowego badania, którego celem jest analiza i ocena poziomu rozwoju e-rekrutacji w Polsce wśród największych przedsiębiorstw.

The changes taking place in the labor market cause that it is increasingly difficult to recruit employees with the right skills and competencies to companies. To reach the right candidates, they use modern IT solutions, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), which are supporting the processes of recruitment. Among others, they enable the publication of job offers on the Internet – on corporate websites, job portals and business social networking services – and apply for jobs online through these channels. This article presents the evolution of the use of the Internet, and particularly the social media, in the recruitment process and presents a projekt of comprehensive research, which aims is to analyze and evaluate of the level of development of e-recruitment in Poland among largest companies.
