W artykule zwrócono uwagę na usługi e-administracji, które spełniają ważną rolę, usprawniając kontakt między przedsiębiorstwem a urzędem, ale są także ważnym ogniwem w cyfryzacji gospodarki i społeczeństwa. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników badań ilościowych przeprowadzonych metodą CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interviews). Ankieta zaadresowana była do wybranej grupy przedsiębiorców - 5000 firm, które korzystają przynajmniej z jednej usługi e-administracji. Badanie przeprowadzono w sierpniu 2011 r. za pośrednictwem firmy IT-Services, właściciela unikalnego serwisu Centrum Badań Internetowych e-Ankieta.pl. Wyniki przeprowadzonego badania wskazują wiele obszarów funkcjonowania e-administracji, które wymagają usprawnienia lub upowszechnienia. Polska nie należy do grupy krajów o rozwiniętym poziomie e-administracji. Według raportu ONZ plasujemy się na dalszym miejscu wśród krajów Unii Europejskiej i daleko w rankingu światowym. Trudno jednak nie dostrzec zmian, jakie nastąpiły w ostatnich latach. Badania pozwoliły zdiagnozować, czego oczekują przedsiębiorcy od usług e-administracji, a także dokonać autorskiej segmentacji przedsiębiorców korzystających z tych usług.

In their article, the authors pay attention to the e-government services that play an important role improving the contact between the enterprise and the office but they are also an important link in digitalisation of the economy and society. The objective of the article is to present the results of quantitative surveys carried out by the CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviews) method. The questionnaire was addressed to a selected group of entrepreneurs - 5000 firms, which use at least one of the e-government service. The survey was conducted in August 2011 through the IT-Services company, an owner of the unique website Centrum Badań Internetowych e-Ankieta.pl. The results of carried out survey point out to many areas of functioning of e-government, which require improvement or popularisation. Poland does not belong to the group of countries with high level of e-government development. According to the UN report, this country occupies in this respect a further place among the EU countries and far in the world's ranking. However, it is hard not to notice the changes that have occurred in recent years. The surveys allowed making a diagnose what entrepreneurs expect from the e-government services as well as carrying out an author segmentation of the entrepreneurs using these services.
