Zasadnicze treści danego artykułu są skoncentrowane na opisaniu i analizie teoretycznej relacji pomiędzy państwami obecnej Unii Europejskiej a Japonią w korelacjach prawno-historycznych, na przełomie wielu wieków. Wpływ mieszkańców Europy na kulturę, technikę i światopogląd Japończyków stanowią główne tło merytoryczne realizowanego dyskursu.

The basic topics of this article concentrate on the description and theoretical analysis of the relations between the separate members of present day’s European Union and Japan in historical legal correlations over the centuries. The influence European citizens exerted on the culture, technology and world view of the Japanese people constitutes the setting for the meritoriously conducted discourse.
