Background. Properly selected rehabilitation training reduces the need for oxygen, slows down the resting and exertional activity of the heart and increases the ejection volume of the heart, improves the endothelial function, improves the blood circulation of skeletal muscles and increases muscle strength. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of cardiac rehabilitation on haemodynamic parameters and echocardiographic examination of the patient's heart after myocardial infarction with low left ventricle ejection fraction.
