Since II Vatican Council in the formation of the seminarias is many new aspects. One, the most important, is missionary formation the future priests. Article bassed on the ideas of the encyklika Redemptoris missio and the new vision of the Pope Francis as well. Missiology as academic discipline must be more open for the new ideas from the others continents and christians denominations. The Church is missionary of the nature and pastoral service and organisation must concetred more of this dimension, also in ecumenical perspective.
