The Division of Environmental Law and Comparative Administrative Law (ZPOŚAPP) was established in November 2010, following the division of the Division of Administrative Law. The reason for creating the new department were, among others, the complexity of environmental law and institutional and academic tendencies towards the separation of this field of law. The second dimension of studies conducted in the department reflects the increasing importance of comparative administrative law in terms of administrative convergence and development of European administrative law and the Europeanization of domestic law.
