The article focuses on introducing the aspects of the situation on the Black Africa, which in the highest degree contribute to appearance and escalation of authoritarianism and military dictatorships after obtaining independence by the countries of the region. The author indicates that implementation in many sub -Saharan countries of solutions from socialistic countries (in Europe, but also in Asia and on Cuba) effected in rejecting democratic model of authority. Economic problems, which are the effect of choosing socialistic model in economy, and excessive development of administrative layer – bureaucracy, have caused the corruption is a general phenomenon that destroys young African economies. Military assassins taking over authority from civilian socialistic governments (but also overthrow other military dictators) have announced economic reforms, increase of citizen wealth and struggle with corruption and authority malversation. But economic reforms were inconspicuous (usually it was sale of national estate with defraudation of most obtained means), there were no political reforms, authoritarianism was even reinforced. New military authorities, based on the military on the one side and developed bureaucracy on the other, caused that corruption and economic problems were not reduced but plainly enlarged, moreover, in societies they have strengthened the need for hard but just policy – so such policy as it was promised by successive populist military coup d’etat assassins.
