The article describes a new technology of performing injections into building material with the assistance of an invented and patented solution known as the “injection lance”. The existing methods guarantee effective injections into material no thicker than 0,60 m.; in all cases exceeding this thickness it is advised to resort to two-sided injections. This solution is not always possible, especially in caving objects. In addition, recommendations concerning non-homogeneous walls and those with empty inner space, cracks and not completely filled binding call for of additional and costly work. The new technology solves all those problems without calling for any additional undertakings. Its virtue lies in the fact that the operations can be conducted in every part of a building, and ensure full control and recognition as regards the operation and range of the injection. The lance can be set at a suitable length, corresponding to the current conditions. The insulation attachments can be placed in any selected place. The lance may be also used for applying assorted injection media, and at the end stage – for insulating the opening. Packers with a valve do not provide such opportunities nor recognition concerning the range of penetration. The author has already carried out a number of such operations, not only in historical monuments but also in communal, industrial, sports and hydrotechnical objects, always with a positive outcome. The injections may be also performed for all underground or underwater objects of assorted thickness and variety.
