The author discusses the work by Przemysław Rojek devoted to the identity narration in the post-war poetry by Aleksander Wat. He describes this interpretative project, highlighting a combination of researcher’s historio-literary and theoretical knowledge who is interested in modern subjectivity of the textual Wat. Rojek builds in his book a wellevaluated construction of a literary auto-bio/bibliography and finds its traces in works by the author of Ciemne świecidło. Wat was trying to rebel against the fragmentarity of life and existence of a modern individual and create a coherent identity project. The very rebellion resulted in failure and destruction of all more long-lasting identity constructs. The author highly evaluates Rojek’s academic achievements who added something new to a well-developing Watology in recent years.

L’auteur présente l’étude de Przemysław Rojek, consacrée à l’identité narrative dans la poésie de l’après-guerre d’Aleksander Watt. Il décrit ce projet interprétatif en démontrant l’union des connaissances sur l’histoire de la littérature et sur la théorie du chercheur qui s’est fasciné par la problématique du sujet moderne des textes de Wat. Rojek compose dans son livre une construction de l’(auto-) bio-/biblographie littéraire et a repris ses traces dans les oeuvres de l’auteur de Ciemne świecidło. Wat a voulu se révolter conte la fragmentarisation de la vie et l’existence de l’individu moderne et créer un projet identitaire cohérent. Cette révolte a pourtant échoué, elle a abouti dans la destruction de toutes les constructions identitaires solides. L’auteur apprécie beaucoup le travail scientifique de Rojek, qui a ajouté son apport à la science de la « watologie », si développée dernièrement.
