Artykuł dotyczy idei inteligencji sieciowej. Wraz z rozwojem nowej gospodarki oraz społeczności internetowych problem komunikacji wirtualnej staje się podstawową kwestią do rozwiązania, jak również swego rodzaju znakiem czasu. Autor pisze o problemie prawdy, hipertekstualności oraz manipulacji w cyberprzestrzeni, próbuj ąc jednocześnie określić podstawowe zasady efektywnego korzystania z Internetu. Nie ma wątpliwości co do tego, iż Internet powinien być traktowany jako bardzo dobre narzędzie nowoczesnej komunikacji, a nie jako ogromne zagrożenie. Stanowi on wielką szansę dla odrodzenia (zamierającego współcześnie) publicznego dyskursu intelektualistów i stworzenia nowej inteligencji sieciowej

The article examines the idea of the net intelligence. With the rising of a new economy and new cyber- societies, we find the problem of cyber- communication as the most important task of our times and signum temporis as well. The author writes about the problems of truth, hypertestuality and manipulation in the cyberspace, trying to define basic rules of an effective using of Internet. There is no doubt that Internet should be treated as a very good tool to modern communication, not as an huge treat. Its the big opportunity for a revival of (nowadays dying) public discussion of intellectuals and for the creating of a new net intelligence
