The system of formation of future engineers-teachers’ health-saving competencies in conditions of innovative education

The main ways to implement a complex of pedagogical conditions of health-saving competencies (HSC) formation was outlined in the article. The essence and interrelations of the structural and functional elements of HSC formation of future engineers-teachers are defined; the components of this phenomenon are described. The author set the main task to create the health-care environment in higher education institutions. The pedagogical support of future engineers-teachers’ HSC formation during their training is developed. The formation of health-saving knowledge, abilities and skills in the conditions of pedagogical universities should be carried out at all levels from the rector (value-methodological level); vice-rector, dean (organizational-pedagogical); head of department, professor (technological); associate professor (methodological); lecturer, tutor (psycho-pedagogical); student (reflexive). In the course of the experiment in GNPU named after A. Dovzhenko there was developed and implemented pedagogical support of future engineers-teachers’ health-saving competences formation in the process of professional training, the conditions for its effectiveness at the university and internal chair levels were created. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed approaches was conducted by stating, forming and control experiments in the framework of the author’s course «Foundations of health and healthcare». The main means of providing pedagogical support is developed by the author the educational-methodological complex, which includes: the basic educational program, curriculum, the list of the main requirements in the course, guidelines and algorithm of academic actions, the author's program, questions with variants of answers and information materials for self-study, the instructions for seminars and laboratory works, control requirements and manual for independent work of students. In a basis of creation of the author's model there were laid the views on formation of health-saving competences of future engineers-teachers at the pedagogical university as a natural, humane, interdisciplinary and upbringing training. This definition refers to the educational and upbringing side of formation of health-saving knowledge, abilities and skills of future engineers-teachers, but also includes personal and professional component of future teachers’ training.
