Jakkolwiek Polskie Biuro Agitacji i Propagandy KC RKP[b] i Tymczasowy Komitet Rewolucyjny Polski mają już swoją literaturę historyczną, nadal nie są znane niektóre wątki działalności moskiewskiego Biura i Komitetu białostockiego. Celem artykułu jest uzupełnienie stanu wiedzy na ten temat o informacje zawarte w zespołach archiwalnych przechowywanych przede wszystkim w Rosyjskim Państwowym Archiwum Historii Społeczno-Politycznej (RGASPI) w Moskwie.

Although there are historical accounts of the Polish Agitation and Propaganda Department of the RCP Central Committee [Bolsheviks] as well as the Provisional Polish Revolutionary Committee, some aspects of the activity of the Moscow Bureau and the Committee in Bialystok are still unknown. The aim of this article is to broaden our knowledge on the subject relying on archival collections from the Russian State Archive of Social and Political History (RGASPI) in Moscow.
