Robert Kaplan is one from the most famous on whole world american analysts of international relations. He links the experience 25 years of trips trought the deepest corners of world and work as the columnist also as war’s correspondent. He advised many times american administration – therefore he connect in his thought practice and theory. The certain author’s main is period of hesitancy (turbulency), fears, and also threats which came after cold war – and these disorders of international order can cause the anarchization of its in the future – which already could notice. International order is full of disarrays, in which safety is only fragile and faint moment, which one should fight it to share it for longer time. The former columnist "The Atlantic Monthly” recalling to the past complete of fights and the abuse of military strength, across geopolitical conceptions and be in epicentre of conflicts shows, that it is possible to improve world today, which is plenary of terror and unconventional threats. From the past is necessary to getting on a conclusion for the future, that certain situations never has already place – that depend on common willing of actors international arena, which often is deficient.
