W niniejszym opracowaniu podjęto rozważania na temat podejścia zasobowego w kontekście teorii i praktyki zarządzania. Autor przedstawia założenia zasobowej teorii firmy, jej przydatność dla praktyki zarządzania oraz studium przypadku, w którym ukazuje przedsiębiorstwo z perspektywy zasobów i kompetencji. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie niepowodzeń w obszarze teorii i praktyki zarządzania.

The paper discusses the resource based-view approach in the context of management theory and practice. The author presents theoretical assumptions of the resource based-view, its managerial usefulness and a case study, which shows the company from the perspective of resources and competences. The aim of the study is to present failures in the area of management theory and practice.
