The article discusses the legal solutions adopted in the Act on combating unfair market practices. Presented here are the rules against unfair market practices. Unfair market practices were discussed with regard to unfair distribution of misleading and aggressive practices of the market. In addition, the division distinguished these practices so. black and gray. Were also discussed, inter alia, new general clause and the definition of the average consumer. Has also been raised about the responsibilities of businesses applying unfair market practices.
