The interest of economic crime issues was intensified since 2008 in phenomenon aspects as well as possibilities of its reduce and implication for community and economy in our country. Firstly, aspirations of this article are linking with definition of socio-political circumstances of economic crime in firmly established social market economy and lasting democracy. There was presented actual developing tendency this category in content of intensification of prevention activities and fighting methods. They were explained in past part of article.
