Efektywność zespołów funkcjonujących w dynamicznym otoczeniu (np. ratowników medycznych, pilotów wojskowych) jest w literaturze przedmiotu zagadnieniem podejmowanym stosunkowo rzadko, mimo iż pomiar efektywności jest niezbędny dla realizacji założonych przez zespół celów oraz samego funkcjonowania i rozwoju zespołu. W artykule autorka podejmuje się opisu jednej z metod wykorzystywanych do pomiaru efektywności zespołów dynamicznych (SPOTLITE), wskazuje zalety i wady jej stosowania oraz możliwości jej aplikacji do pomiaru efektywności zespołów mniej dynamicznych.

This article describes the SPOTLITE method and an application designed as a tool for measuring team performance in dynamic environment. SPOTLITE is data collection device for real-time assessment of team and individual effectiveness and performance in live and simulated environments. The described method has application to the military, but can also be used in measuring team effectiveness in organizations. The main aim of the paper was to describe the SPOTLITE method and depict possibilities of transferring it into organizational field.
