Prezentowany artykuł pretenduje do analizy – choćby częściowej – zasadniczych zrębów problematyki migracji ludności wiejskiej z obszaru Polski i wyrównywania czynnika pracy w rolnictwie niemieckim. Jest próbą odpowiedzi na pytanie o charakter i przesłanki wychodźstwa sezonowego, przedstawia jego istnienie w rzeczywistym kontekście społecznym, gospodarczym i historycznym, a zarazem jako skutek wielorakich uwarunkowań ekonomicznych i socjologicznych. Rekonstruuje przebieg wychodźstwa z uwzględnieniem jego rozpiętości chronologicznej i geografi cznej, funkcjonowania w sensie procesu w miarę trwałego i masowego. Dotyka także sposobów zachowania się osób uczestniczących w tym procesie, od chwili zgłoszenia chęci do wyjazdu aż do momentu powrotu z emigracji, z uwzględnieniem struktury i liczebności polskiej emigracji w Niemczech

The elaboration presents the fundamental questions of the process of the territorial regroup of the country people from the territory of Poland and equalization of the factor of the job in German Agriculture . This elaboration is an attempt at showing the variety of economic, social and political repercussions caused by the lack of labour hands in Germany agriculture. The article in a professional way treats also about the essence and the sphere of activity of the German State in this circle of social relationsand about the methods of realization of the State aims . In this elaboration there is also brought up the subject of the incoming country relation to the emigration movement itself in relation to the quantitative regulations of migration, its composition and encouraging to migration or its limiting . Focuses on the structure and size of the Polish immigrant community in Germany
