Existing problems have provoked the study aim to clarifythe organizational and pedagogical foundations of the modern schoolchildren’s legal education in Ukraine at the national, regional and institutional levels. However achieving this goal requires a complex of general scientific and specific scientific methods use. The study of legal education phenomenon is considered as a systematic and targeted activity of relevant authorities, educational establishments and a personality, the complex of educational measures and cognitive activity process in the aspect of legal knowledge assimilation, skills acquisition of their practical application within formation of a democratic legal state. To provide the youth’s legal education it is suggested the implementation of appropriate organizational and pedagogical foundations of the investigated phenomenon at the national, regional and institutional levels. Moreover, at the national level the following activities are envisaged: the integration of intellectual and organizational state efforts and relevant social structures for the teachers’ development of historical pedagogy and foreign experience of youth’s legal education; increasing efforts ofUkraininan pedagogical society in the international and grant programs participation, the content of which is the citizens’ legal education; facilitatation of Ukrainian scientific-practical conferences, seminars, and other events organization and realization; creation of a single national online network “The schoolchildren’s legal education of Ukraine”; intensification of native secondary schools and centres, associations, clinics, and similar legal areas relations. Regional level of the process organization of schoolchildren’s legal education in the native secondary educational establishments should include the following activities: supporting the partnership of interagency coordination and methodological council of the district justice departments and secondary educational establishments in the aspect of legal activity; regional programmes and projects development for creating provider centres of the younger generation legal education. Institutional level of schoolchildren’s legal education ensuring includes the following activities: the coach-training preparation and implementation “Schoolchildren’slegal education: compliance with the society needs”; introduction of the special course “Legal education: I need it!” in the youth’s general educational process. However promising is the diagnostic tools development for the levels formation of the schoolchildren’s legal subject competence in secondary educational establishments.
