The aim of the paper is to make attempt to give a philosophical interpretation to Jonathan Haidt’s researches on the psychological origins of moral thinking. The interpretations will concentrate on the issue of reality and subjectivity of existence of evil. Based on definitions of objectivity and reality given by John McDowell, the premises for acknowledge the phenomena of evil as both subjective and real (in the sense of being an element of the third Popper’s world) are presented.
