Przedsiębiorczość akademicka to wszelkiego rodzaju zaangażowanie placówek naukowych, pracowników naukowych, doktorantów i studentów w działalność gospodarczą. Możliwości rozwoju przedsiębiorczości akademickiej niewątpliwie zależą od identyfikowania i postrzegania tego zjawiska w środowisku akademickim. Artykuł jest wynikiem prac badawczych przeprowadzonych w 2012 roku w środowisku studentów i prezentuje analizę tego problemu w aspekcie funkcjonujących programów wsparcia na Politechnice Opolskiej.

Academic entrepreneurship means every kind of involvement in business of research institutions, academics, students and graduate students. Possibilities for the development of academic entrepreneurship undoubtedly depend on the identification and perception of this phenomenon in academia. This article is the result of research conducted in 2012 among students and presents an analysis of the problem in terms of support programs operating at the Technical University of Opole.
