Nowy cykl innowacyjny ma opierać się przede wszystkim na idei zrównoważonego rozwoju. Zostały postawionedwie hipotezy i podjęta próba ich weryfikacji. Jak przedstawiają się podstawowe strategie rozwoju tego cyklu oraz jaki jest udział państwa w jego pobudzeniu? Jak przedstawiają się zagrożenia związane z jego rozwojem i zagrożenia z brakiem jego wdrożenia?

This new innovative cycle is based primarily on the idea of sustainable development. Two hypotheses were created and an attempt to verify them made. What are the basic strategies of the development of this cycle and what is the State's involvement in its activation? What are the hazards associated with its development and the risk of lack of implementation.
