Artykuł przedstawia wyniki prac badawczych z zakresu ochrony prawnej konstytucyjnych praw dziecka na Ukrainie. Autor koncentruje się na aspektach teoretycznych i praktycznych wdrażania przepisów i instrumentów międzynarodowych, które regulują stosunki publiczne w sferze ochrony praw i wolności dzieci do prawa krajowego.

The article presents the results of the research concerning legal support of the constitutional rights of children in Ukraine. The author focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of the rights implementation into the domestic law as well as the implementation of the international instruments regulating public relations in the sphere of the rights and children’s freedom protection within the country law.
