F. Koneczny in work "Plurality of Cyvilizations” formulated several important questions, like: "from where and from what does variety comes? Why does Japanese or Swede, both telephone in the same way, but think and operate differently?, Why don't all people belong to one cywilization? Whyt do they differ not only laddedr, but also genders various cywilizations?”. The professor comparing these different civilizations, being in the highest degree, the follower of the Latin, showed threat, which their its influence from mutual differences between them. Only nations from strong roots in tradition, knowing their distinction and value and by this also, value of distinction different nations, they are ready to lead dialogue among civilizations and the possible creating of super-nation association. F. Koneczny in process of working in his cyvilization’s conception did not avoid the matter of race. In work, he decide reject the influence of race on cyvilizations development.
