W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące kształtowania środowiska biznesowego na Ukrai-nie. Zidentyfikowano podstawowe problemy związane z funkcjonowaniem przedsiębiorstw (m.in. po-strzeganie korupcji, wolność gospodarcza, konkurencyjność), co pozwoliło zaproponować różne sposoby i warunki poprawy klimatu inwestycyjnego i bardziej przyjaznego otoczenia zewnętrznego dla przedsię-biorstw działających na Ukrainie.
