EN
The main purpose of this article is to present Jules Regnault's theory of speculation. Firstly, the theory of short-term speculation and negative consequences of transactions of this kind are described. In the next part of the article the theory of long-term speculation and two laws of securities prices fluctuations revealed by Regnault are discussed.
