Artykuł zawiera charakterystykę transportu ładunków niebezpiecznych w ujęciu gałęziowym (transportu drogowego). Zostały w nim zawarte kwestie dotyczące aspektów prawnych, zagrożenia dla ruchu drogowego oraz wymagania stawiane uczestnikom przewozu obowiązujące na terenie Unii Europejskiej i Polski. Szczególny nacisk został położony na zagadnienia związane z przewozem paliw płynnych.
The article presents the characteristics of the transport of dangerous goods by road transport. It contains issues relating to the legal aspects, the risk to traffic and transport requirements for participants in force in the European Union and Poland. Particular emphasis has been placed on issues related to the carriage of liquid fuels.
