Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia wycinek podjętego przez autora przedsięwzięcia badawczego, ukazujący zarówno wybrane zagadnienia teoretyczne (dokumentujące źródła wyłonionych zagadnień badawczych), jak i rezultaty badań, w kontekście czynników determinujących wybór zawodu przez osoby młode, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem duchowości i religijności.
