Information society technology – IST development affects on structural changes of society as well as traditional organizations as human behavior. The logic analysis of structural changes of society leads to possibility of general description of methods and factors of assurance of integrality of enterprises co-operation and cohesion (harmonizing) of human behavior in the virtual enterprises structures. Mutual data and knowledge exchange and mutual education condition possibilities of creating structures i.e. future institutions and enterprises, while features of mutual learning mark important factors of structural changes of the society organization.
