Article is devoted to the analysis of the level of the formation of operational component of the predictive abilities of the future practical psychologists on the reporting stage of the experiment. It is established that operational component includes the complex of abilities, which create the basic of predictive activity, to say exactly: retrospective, reconstructive, the ability to see the prospect, the ability to plan and create the practical recommendations due to the keeping the updating taking to the account the determined prediction. The processual criterion, which characterizes the level of the formation of the operational component and which is determined by the consciousness – self-consistency, sequence of accomplishment of actions; quality of accomplishment – reliance on the scientific and psychological knowledge, was highlighted. The qualities and abilities of the students who have advanced, intermediate and pre-intermediate level of the above criterion are shown. The diagnostics of the level of the formation of the operational component was being made by methods «The multivariance of the prediction of the development of the situation (behavior)», that consists of the complex of tasks, which are directed at the prediction of the development of the problem situation (behavior); methods «The predictive object» of L. Regush in the author’s adaptation, which allows to estimate the accomplishment of the objects by students in accordance with such indexes as: the level of verbal generalization of the consequences; justification, perspective, logic of the construction, the realization of the probability character of the determined consequences; the realization of the stages of the prognostic process in time of the definition of the cause-and-effect relations; the level of the verbal generalization of the reasons, fullness, the incorporeity of the cause-and-effect relations; the realization of the plan’s goals, the fullness of the planning operations; the breadth, variety of the associative field; the flexibility of imagination; the breadth of the search, measurement of the demands in case of advancement; the flexibility and the justification of the supposals. It is determined that the common level of the formation of the operational component of the predictive abilities of the future psychologists is situated at the low level both in the experimental and in control groups of students. It demands relevant correction in the studying process of the students to change the redistribution of its meanings to the side of increase the advanced and intermediate level by means of introduction into the studying process the technologies of the formation of the predictive abilities of the practical psychologists by means of interactive technologies.
