W artykule przyglądam się krytycznie swojemu procesowi badawczemu opartemu na wywiadach swobodnych z osobami o doświadczeniu życia jako kobiety. Rewiduję powzięte wcześniej postanowienia, inspirując się już nie tylko metodologią feministyczną, ale przede wszystkim teorią queer. Sporo miejsca poświęcam problemom etycznym związanym z relacją badaczka-badana, w szczególności sytuacjom głębokiej zażyłości czy więzi sek¬¬sualnych, jakie mogą występować w tym układzie przed, w trakcie czy po realizacji wywiadu. Zainspi¬rowa¬na doświadczeniami akademiczek i akademików spoza Polski docieram do momentu, w którym jedynie ujaw¬nienie kontekstu rozmowy, w formie komentarza, oraz publikacja całego wywiadu, bez jakichkolwiek inter¬wencji z mojej strony mogą uczynić relację mniej hierarchiczną, wciąż jednak nie na tyle, by w zupełności poz¬być się moralnych dylematów towarzyszącym badaniom społecznym.

In the article I critically examine my own research process based on unstructured interviews concerning the interviewees' lives as women. Inspired by feminist methodology and, above all, by queer theory, I reassess my prior resolutions. I pay attention to the ethical problems ensuing from the interviewer-interviewee relation, particularly in cases involving deep intimacy and sexual relations before, during, or after the interview. Having contemplated the experiences of foreign academics, I arrive at the conclusion that only revealing the context of the conversation in the form of a commentary and publishing the full, unedited interview can make the interviewer-interviewee relation less hierarchical, though even this is not enough to dispel all the moral dilemmas accompanying social research.
