Artykuł przedstawia i charakteryzuje podejście do diagnostyki psychopedagogicznej rodziny jak i poradnictwa i terapii rodzin opartej na koncepcji zasobów.Takie spojrzenie na psychopedagogiczną pracę z rodziną nie jest zjawiskiem nowym. Jednocześnie często pomijanym i pomniejszanym wobec tradycyjnego podejścia opartego na koncepcji klasyfikacyjno-typologicznej, która rozpatruje jednostkę i każdy system rodzinny pod kątem deficytów, norm, wskaźników, pomijając jego indywidualność oraz czynniki warunkujące przetrwanie rodziny i jej członków. Rodzinne zasoby są pojęciem, które łączy doświadczenia dawne ze współczesnymi, stanowiska polskiej pedagogiki społecznej Heleny Radlińskiej i Aleksandra Kamińskiego z zagraniczną Franza Nestmanna, Hilariona Petzholda. Pozwala ono na postawienie nowych pytań, uwzględnienie innych kontekstów badawczych oraz innych możliwości zastosowania. Podejście oparte na zasobach w pracy z dzieckiem i rodziną, poradnictwie wychowawczym, diagnostyce psychopedagogicznej w znaczący sposób zmienia nastawienie do samych klientów, a przede wszystkim rozumienie pomocy przez samych specjalistów. Oznacza odejście od spojrzenia jednostkowego, skoncentrowanego na deficytach, a zwrócenie się w stronę zasobów i uwzględniania czynników społecznych, podkreślania indywidualnej, niepowtarzalnej sytuacji każdego klienta, każdej rodziny, podmiotowości osób szukających pomocy, wzmacniania poczucia sprawczości i aktywnego udziału klientów w procesie rozwiązywania zgłaszanych trudności. Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest zarówno określenie korzeni teoretycznych pojęcia rodzinne zasoby jak i pokazanie możliwości jego praktycznego wykorzystania w pracy z rodziną zarówno w obszarze diagnozy psychopedagogicznej jak i dalszych oddziaływań pomocowych.

The article presents and characterises the approach towards the psycho-pedagogical diagnostics of the family as well as towards guidance and family therapy based on the concept of resources. Such an approach to the psycho-pedagogical work with a family is not an entirely new phenomenon. At the same time it is a phenomenon that is often being disregarded and belittled in the light of the traditional approach based on the typological classification, which analyses each unit and every family system from the viewpoint of deficits, norms and indicators, disregarding its individuality and factors conditioning the survival of the family and its members. Family resources is a term, which combines the previous experiences with the contemporary ones. It joins the stance of Polish social pedagogics (Helena Radlińska and Aleksander Kamiński) with the foreign one (Frantz Nestmann and Hilarion Petzhold). The term allows for putting forth new questions, acknowledging new contexts for research and other possibilities of usage. The approach based on the resources in the work with a child and the family, parental guidance and psycho-pedagogical diagnostics in a considerable manner alters the attitude towards the clients and first of all, it affects the understanding of help by the specialists themselves. This approach means abandoning the particularised perspective, focused on deficits and drawing the attention towards the resources with acknowledgement of social factors, emphasising the unique, individual situation of every client, every family, subjectivity of the persons seeking help. It also enhances the feeling of causality and active participation of the clients in the process of solving the declared difficulties. The subject of this article is both description of the theoretical roots of the concept of family resources and displaying the possibility of its practical use in the work with the family in the area of psycho-pedagogical diagnosis as well as in other forms of assistance.
