Global post-modern ethics absolutises cultural freedom and man’s liberation of any conditions indicating tolerance as the most essential value of social life. Dictatorship of relativism is heading towards universal rejection of moral norms and spiritual values from particular spheres of modern man’s life. Disorganization of the normative culture and normative asynchrony lead – according to P. Sztompka – to the inconsistency within the axionormative system and constitute contradictions that result from the fact that under one community and its respective culture there are different rules. From the sociological point of view the acceptance of values and norms (values show what people strive for, and norms – how they should be doing it) is a conformist behavior, but any other one is a deviation. The followers of “new ethics” close themselves in conformists’ enclaves, showing themselves deviant behaviours.
