Church supervisions in this region on the term o f XIX and XX century were limited form of local democracy, which well performed their functions in the supervision o f the finances and properties of the parish. Only in Mrzygłód two members of the supervision arbitrarily made the decision concerning building investments without the others members consent. The share of governmental administration representatives in the supervisions resulted from the fact, that the parishes obtained low percentage and long term loans to build and to extend religious cult objects from the National Bank. It is difficult to treat the supervisions as the instrument o f Russian State intervention in the life o f Roman Catholic Church, the supervisions were rather the probation o f activity in social work in the society.
