Tekst ten stanowi wprowadzenie do problemu nierównowagi rozwojowej w Ameryce Łacińskiej rozpatrywanego z perspektywy koncepcji Buen vivir. Przedstawia się w nim pokrótce genezę oraz kluczowe pojęcia dla idei Buen vivir. Stawia się też pytania o jej użyteczność przy analizie problemów we współczesnych społeczeństwach latynoamerykańskich.

This text provides an introduction to the problem of the unsustainable development in Latin America, considered from the perspective of the concept of Buen vivir. It presents briefly genesis and key concepts for the idea of Buen vivir. As well it raises questions about its usefulness in the analysis of problems in contemporary Latin American societies.
