The subject matter of the presented in the article deliberations are the trade’s adaptive possibilities under the conditions of variable market determinants. The dynamics of market processes poses particular requirements to the trade enterprise, which is a link connecting the main partners of turnover — producers and final users/consumers of goods and services. The tendencies point out to a growing role of trade that frees itself of the pressure of producer (a passive distributor) and transforms into an active participant of production processes.

Предметом представленных в работе рассуждений являются адаптационные возможности торговли в условиях переменных рыночных обусловленностей. Динамика рыночных процессов выдвигает особые требования к торговому предприятию, пред- ставляющему собой звено, объединяющее основных партнеров товарообмена —производителей и финальных пользователей/потребителей благ и услуг. Тенденции указывают на возрастающую роль торговли, которая освобождается от нажима производителя (пассивный распределитель) и преобразуется в активного участника производственных процессов.
