The specificity of modeling process of professional technological education Masters in higher pedagogical institutions
The essence of such concepts as «model», «modeling», and «pedagogical modeling» has been grounded in the article. The author analyzed scientific psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature concerning the disclosure of these concepts. It was proved that the use of modeling method in the process of future Masters training is used: to identify prior directions for the professional pedagogical competence formation in technological education Masters; to ensure the consistency and integrity of its formation process in higher pedagogical institutions; to orient the process of professional training of future technological education Masters in the formation of their professional and pedagogical competence. The specificity of modeling process of professional training of General Technics and Methods of Teaching Technology teacher is an important component of quality educational process organization in higher pedagogical institutions. After examining the methodology and educational processes modeling technology, the author found out that the model of the process of professional pedagogical competence formation in future technological education Masters should be understood as a descriptive characteristic, which consists of requirements for the competence, structure and activity results, personal qualities of the future teacher, conditions, methods and technology of its formation. Goals and stages of this modeling, have been defined. Functional purpose of each of these stages and the main activities of the designer (functional units) has been grounded. The author also revealed the object and subject of modeling and established principles that ensure successful formation of professional and pedagogical competence in future professionals.
